Plot: The class of nuke 'em excessive is back, and this time they're in college! Tromaville's nuclear manufacturing facility has been rebuilt and now consists of the tromaville institute of technology.

Positioned in the nuclear plant, tromaville tech is wherein prof. Holt has perfected sub-humanoids Dwelling beings with out feelings, who have been genetically programmed to perform menial responsibilities. Whilst college reporter roger smith meets a lovely subhumanoid named victoria, they fall in love. It's too horrific the creatures have a tendency to enter spontaneous meltdown.
