Plot: Margareta (Lina Romay) meets the attractive Sandra Mauro (Monica Swinn) and her husband while on vacation near the Swiss-Italian border. She accepts to stay in their home for the remainder of her vacation, unaware that they will employ her to smuggle diamonds across the border. There, they grow a little 'deeper' into knowing each other, but one night she wakes up to weird noises and discovers the couple killed in their living room. Margareta, who is severely traumatized and unable to talk, is transported to Dr. Antonio's asylum. Antonio makes every effort to persuade her to speak and reveal what happened that night. His efforts are not selfless, as every member of the medical team has already attempted to be the first.
