Plot: A bomb assault in a Palermo movie kills all of Attardi's clan members save for Cocchi. He quickly realizes that Daniello from Don Corrasco's clan is responsible for the bomb assault. Cocchi is resolved to exact retribution. His acts, notably the kidnapping of Corrasco's daughter in Palermo, where the police are also corrupt, will eventually disrupt the previous balance, leading to an escalation of violence that will rescue no one. If Cocchi survives the mafia war, he will undoubtedly become the new boss.
