Plot: Selecting up at once after wherein 'poisonous avenger element 2' left off, upon getting Apocolypse inc. Out of metropolis, toxie has not anything to do. He attempts to get a process but fails as an ordinary activity isn't any vicinity for a creature of superhuman size and strength.

Till on day, toxic is advised that his blind girlfriend Claire, has a threat to see again, but it fees lots of cash. Then toxie receives the opportunity to work as a spokesman for his enemy Apocolypse Inc. He says "sure" so he can get money for claire. Not understanding what he became doing, Apocolypse inc. Takes over Thomasville and makes everyone slaves to work for them. After claire's surgical operation, she opens up toxie's eyes and he has to struggle with the devil himself so there could be a higher future and a room for poisonous avenger element four.
