Plot: A correctional institute for females is run by an elderly guy who lives in an old house. But, because he is pent up in the house, he is unaware that the date is the present. He is aided by a matron who enjoys getting the girls into trouble and presenting them in front of the old man who believes he is the law and administers punishment. The girls are then chained to a crucifix and whipped. Meanwhile, the mother's son meets a girl at a party and brings her to this house.
