Plot: Sammy and Klaus, two dough-crazed mercenaries, are on a mission to accompany the gravely injured prime leader of a South American country recently taken over by insurgents to his comrades over the border. Chased by the rebels and with the politician's health rapidly failing, they stumble across an infirmary operated by four nurses and kidnap them, compelling them to cure the prime minister quickly. After an initial rape, Helga develops romantic affections with Klaus, Katrin with Sammy, and Sophie with Hellen, until a squadron of rebels arrive.
