Plot: A once-thriving Japanese hamlet is in desperate need of young, beautiful women to assist with diving tasks. Times are rough, and the current diver is clearly not a spring bird, so the mayor's son recruits some lovely maidens to fill the post. The plot quickly fades into the background as the arrival of the new recruits raises the spirits of the village's male residents. culminating in a gala in which the new dive girls parade about in their tiny swimming costumes to attract cash-laden guests.
