Plot: John Trevor, a former military commander, escapes from a base where he led Project: Kill, a mind control experiment that created bodyguards and assassins using drugs. He flees to the Philippines, where he falls in love with Lee Su. However, Trevor’s withdrawal symptoms from the mind control drugs make him a danger to himself and others. His former second-in-command, Frank Lassiter, is tasked with finding him before he becomes too violent or sells out the program. Meanwhile, Alok Lee, an Asian mobster, is also after Trevor for the secrets of Project: Kill. With time running out, Trevor must evade Lassiter, the Philippine police, and Lee’s men as his withdrawal symptoms worsen.
