Plot: Jesse Palmer is a Vietnam veteran who must stop his ex-commanding officer turned dishonest senatorial candidate, Whalen, from planning to hand over a portion of the US government to terrorists. Whalen has all the assistance he can afford. This corrupt senator has access to mercenaries, a surveillance monitoring system, an infinite supply of weaponry, and hired murders. Palmer, on the other hand, has just his brains, fists, and a few more surprises to put an end to a greedy politician's devious plans. This one innocent man must expose the crooked senator before he gets elected.
