Plot: This is the story of "Il professore" (the professor), a criminal career loosely based on the true story of Camorra boss Raffaele Cutolo. He is in prison, and it is there that he is able to gradually construct an empire based on murders and drugs. He declares war on all the former Camorra leaders in order to become the new "boss of the bosses." He escapes from prison with the help of his sister and ends up in New York. Here, he begins a new association with the "Cosa Nostra" (Italian American Mafia). He will sit at the apex of the most powerful criminal organization, and the Italian authorities will be rendered nearly powerless.
