Plot: Dr. Greg Fong invents a super steroid (SS160) in England that cures practically all ailments and afflictions (including impotence and idiocy) and makes people superhuman. However, his fascination with the super drug causes him to become mentally disturbed. Fong returns to Hong Kong with his new wonder medication and begins working with old buddy Dr. Mike Chow (Mark Cheng). Mike (who sells black market kidneys) then drugs and rapes Fong's lover Vivian, who falls for him in return (!). Fong sees the affair as a good excuse to conduct some human medical experiments on Dr. Chow and a slew of other patients, most notably police officer Chan Sum, who begins the experiments.
